How much does e-commerce bookkeeping cost?
Plans start at $249 a month, set by your monthly orders and channels — every price is shown above. If you're behind, catch-up is $149 per month behind, one-time. Your free books review ends with your exact figure in writing, before you commit.
What if I'm months behind?
That's what catch-up is for. Your free review shows exactly which months are missing. Catch-up brings them current at $149 per month behind, and your monthly close starts from there.
How do I switch from my current bookkeeper?
Invite us read-only to your bank, cards and marketplaces, and as a standard user in your QuickBooks Online or Xero file, and we pick up from your last closed month. Your books stay in your own account, in your name. If any months need catching up, your quote shows them separately.
What does my tax preparer get?
A year-end package: P&L and balance sheet, your 1099-K tied out to your recorded sales, and an inventory and COGS schedule. We keep the books; your tax preparer uses them to prepare your return.
Is my data safe?
We connect to your bank and marketplaces read-only, so we can see transactions but can't move money. Every account uses MFA, and only the people working on your books have access.
