E-commerce bookkeeping, done monthly, priced up front.
Our e-commerce bookkeeping matches every payout to your bank, keeps your inventory and COGS current, and closes your books by day 15 of the next month, so you know what you actually made. For sellers doing $50k to $1M a year: plans from $249/month (inventory and COGS included from Growth, or $99/month on Starter), priced on the page, with one named bookkeeper on your books.

ILLUSTRATIVE RECONCILIATION — DEMO STORE, NOT A CLIENT
Sellers who are ready to stop doing their own books.
You sell $50k to $1M a year on one channel or several, and month-end means a weekend of spreadsheets. Hand it over and get finished books every month.
Your payout isn't your sales.
Marketplaces pay you net, in batches, on their own schedule. That is where ordinary books break, and where we start.
Payouts arrive net of everything
Fees, refunds and reserves come out before the money lands. Book the deposit as sales and every line of your P&L is off. We split each payout into its parts.

Without a cost per unit, gross margin is a number you can't trust. We set one up and keep it current.
Read the answer →Landed cost gets left out
Freight, duty and prep end up in general expenses, so every unit looks cheaper than it is. We build them into unit cost.

One bulk stock order wipes out a month's profit. We carry stock as an asset until it sells.

Each unmatched payout makes the next month harder to close. A fixed close date every month keeps you current.

E-commerce bookkeeping questions
How much does e-commerce bookkeeping cost?
Plans start at $249/month. Your monthly orders and the number of channels you sell on set the plan, and every price is on our pricing page. If you're behind, each missing month is $149, one-time. Your free books review ends with your figure in writing, before you commit.
What do I get each month?
A profit and loss by channel, a balance sheet, a payout and fee reconciliation and a short written summary of what changed; a cash-flow statement on Growth and Scale. Your books are closed by day 15 of the following month.
Will I have to change my software or how I sell?
No. Your books stay in your own QuickBooks Online or Xero account, and we work with Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and TikTok Shop as you run them today. If you use A2X or Link My Books, we work in your setup.
I'm months behind. Can I still start?
Yes. We bring the missing months current first, oldest first, at $149 per month behind, then move you onto a monthly plan. Your free books review counts the months, and your written quote gives the total before any work starts.
Is it safe to give you access to my accounts?
Yes. We send read-only invitations and you approve each one; we never ask for a password. Banks, cards and marketplaces are read-only, so we see transactions but can't move your money. In QuickBooks Online or Xero we take a standard user seat to post entries; we never hold or move client funds.
