ILLUSTRATIVE RECONCILIATION — DEMO STORE, NOT A CLIENT
Online sellers who are done guessing at their numbers.
You sell $50k to $1M a year on one channel or several. Deposits don't match sales, COGS is an estimate, and the books are a month or more behind. That is exactly the work we're set up for.

E-commerce accounting questions
Why hire an e-commerce specialist instead of a general bookkeeper?
Seller books break in places general books rarely deal with: payouts that arrive net of fees and refunds, inventory and landed cost, and several channels feeding one ledger. That is the work we're built around. We work alongside your CPA or tax preparer and hand them reconciled books to start from.
What does e-commerce accounting cost?
Monthly accounting starts at $249/month on Starter, with Growth at $449 and Scale at $799. Your monthly orders and channels decide which fits, and any missing months are caught up at $149 each. You get the exact figure in writing after your free books review.
I sell on more than one marketplace. Is that one set of books?
Yes. Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and TikTok Shop are each reconciled, then reported together in one QuickBooks Online or Xero file, with a profit and loss by channel so you see where the margin comes from.
Is it safe to give you access to my accounts?
Yes. We send read-only invitations and you approve each one; we never ask for a password. Your bank, card and marketplace invitations are read-only: we see transactions and reports, but nothing can move money. Your QuickBooks Online or Xero file is the one place we post, through a standard user seat you can remove at any time; we never hold or move client funds.
What happens after I ask for a free books review?
You approve read-only access to your bank, card and marketplace accounts. Within 3 business days you get a written review: where your books stand, what's missing, and the plan and price to fix it. Nothing starts until you say yes.
